"Crystal's catering is truly "Something for Everyone." If your guest list consists of folks on vegan diets or vegetarians or folks that aren't able to indulge in dairy products, you don't have to tell them that you're serving non-dairy dishes. The Eggplant Parmigiana is to die for, they'll never know that they're not having parmigiana cheese. The carrot cake is also one of my favorites, it's soft and moist, not to mention scrumptious; how she manages to do this without dairy is beyond me, did I mention the frosting is finger licking good. The Split-Pea soup is a must. Whatever you choose will delight your senses and your palate. Kudos to her magnificent staff, they are professionals, friendly and eager to assist you in your difficult choices faced with a table that makes you think you've died and gone to heaven. But you haven't, it's just the only way Crystal know how to set a table. I'd like to get married, just to have Crystal cater the affair. I forgot to mention that she does this seven-layer cake that is pure decadence. And her cheesecake is to die for."

"I have been a foodie since my 4 year old daughter and I watched Emeril together on the food network.  She is now 14 and I have been cooking for many years.  I cook less these days because I found Crystal Emery.  She cooks like I cook…time doesn't matter, taste does.  Her etouffe and fried turkey are two of my favorites.  Yes, I have been to New Orleans and yes I do know what a good etouffe should taste like…hers is as good as any on the "Quarter".  About her fried turkey, yes it does seem to be the latest craze in cooking but Crystal has perfected this dish over a long period of time…it is the best!"
